The Koevoet restaurant is very well-known by all the residents in the Jordaan area because of its very long story. About one hundred years ago it used to be the residence of family Koevoet. Then it was converted in a Dutch/French restaurant, and became an important meeting point. Ten years ago it has been buyed and renovated by Italian entrepeneur Mario Attanasio, but keeping the original interior design. Today it is listed as one of the top italian restaurants in Amsterdam : all of our products are imported from the south of Italy, as well as our staff members and our cook Andrea, that prepares only traditional meals from the original Italian recipes
